Great Zimbabwe University with the thrust that it has taken of a Multi Campus Approach, a system which is the norm regionally and internationally has come up with various campuses which include the Mucheke, City, Mashava and the Main Campus. Great Zimbabwe University’s Administration block is situated at the Main campus, which is found some 7km from the Masvingo CBD, off the old Great Zimbabwe Road. The major operations of Great Zimbabwe University are at the Main Campus where the Vice Chancellors’ Office, Bursary, Registry, Library and the Gary Magadzire School of Agriculture and Natural Sciences are found. The main campus is the hub of the University though in the long run a Mega Campus is going to be built near the national shrine; the Great Zimbabwe Monuments. The master plan has already been approved for construction to commence.
