How to Amend a Programme or Course

Students can change their programmes and courses within the first two weeks of the semester. To do this, programme amendment forms must be obtained from the Admissions Office, while course amendment forms are available from the Student Records Office. These changes require approval from the Chairpersons of Departments, Deans, and the Deputy Registrar, Academic, before submitting the forms to the Student Records and Registration office for processing.

How to Change Your Address (Home or Local)

Current students can update their home or local addresses by completing an amendment form for Records and Registration. The request must include the student’s name, University ID number, signature, and the new address, indicating whether it is a home or local address. Download the Student Data Amendment Form and the Course Amendment Form as needed.
